Responsiblities

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 9pt;"><ul style="list-style-position: inside;"><li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Provide technical assistance and resolution for ICT system incidents and requests.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Perform regular updates to ensure systems are updated with the latest security patches.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Documentation of systems, changes and best-practice solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Conduct ICT training to end-users.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Collaborate with other ICT team members to ensure effective service delivery.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Assist with the implementation of ICT projects as required.</span></li></ul></div>

Requirements
