Responsiblities

<div data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="font-family:'Segoe UI','Helvetica Neue',sans-serif; font-size:9pt"><ul><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Promote and increase Enclustra’s sales in the FPGA market with focus on a designated area.</li><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion into existing and new markets or customer segments.</li><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Develop the market and expand sales in the designated areas in building up effective sales channels with local partners under the guidance of the VP Sales.</li><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.</li><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, leads and referrals together with Marketing.</li><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations in coordination with Product Management to showcase the features, benefits and value proposition of our products or services.</li><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to close sales and achieve sales targets under the guidance of the VP Sales.</li><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform management and identify areas for improvement.</li><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, sales activities, and customer interactions for management review.</li><li style="list-style-position: inside;">Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote our products or services and expand our customer base.</li></ul></div>

Requirements

	<li style="list-style-position: inside;">A degree in semiconductors, electronics, or software engineering with further education in business or sales administration.</li>
	<li style="list-style-position: inside;">Expertise in international sales and business development in <strong>the electronics sector.</strong></li>
	<li style="list-style-position: inside;">Experience in the field of FPGA/SoC industry respectively technology is a plus.</li>
	<li style="list-style-position: inside;">Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li>
	<li style="list-style-position: inside;">Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.</li>
	<li style="list-style-position: inside;">Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.</li>
	<li style="list-style-position: inside;">Willingness to travel as needed.</li>
	<li style="list-style-position: inside;">Excellent knowledge of English and German (spoken and written), any another language is an advantage.</li>
